Terms of Service

We provide website design, frontend and backend development, ecommerce builds, search foundations, and ongoing care. The exact deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in the written scope we send you before work starts.

Prices shown on the site are starting points. Your final price is the one in your agreed scope. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we invoice 50 percent to begin and 50 percent on launch.

Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payment can pause work on a project.

We need your content, brand assets, access to any accounts we have to configure, and feedback within a reasonable time. Delays in these areas move the launch date.

Small refinements are part of the process. Work beyond the agreed scope, such as new pages or new features, is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it.

Once your project is paid in full, you own the design and the code we produced for you. We keep ownership of our internal tools, components and know-how, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Projects often rely on outside services such as hosting, payment providers or email tools. Those services have their own terms and fees, and we are not responsible for their availability.

We fix defects in our work free of charge for 30 days after launch. Beyond that, support is covered by a care plan or billed at our standard rate.

We do everything we reasonably can to deliver good work, but we cannot accept liability for lost profits or indirect losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

Either of us can end a project in writing. If you end it early, you pay for the work completed up to that point and receive the files produced so far.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you accept a quote is the one that applies to your project.
