We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and deliver your project. This page explains what that is, why we hold it, and how you can get it removed.

1. Who we are

Webla is a website design and development studio. If you have any question about your information, email [email protected] and we will respond.

2. What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email address, company, budget range, timeline and the description of the project you send through our contact form.

Details collected automatically: basic usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver and support your project, send invoices, and improve our own website. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the studio, such as hosting, email and accounting tools, and only to the extent they need it. We also share information where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project and billing records are kept for as long as accounting rules require.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request within one month.

7. Security

Information is stored on reputable hosted services with access limited to the people working on your project. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep what we hold to a minimum.

8. Cookies

Our use of cookies is described on the cookie policy page.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page, and we will tell you directly if the change affects an active project.
